MJD

Big on talent

That's us. We don't believe in people who just make do, we believe in people who can do: forward-thinkers with a wealth of knowledge and individual expertise. And the best part is that when you work with us, you get to make some or all of these talented people part of your team.

Marcel Dalziel (aka Leon the Lion)

His strawberry blonde mane and pride of brilliant, successful females make Marcel the king of the MJD jungle. When not roaring or meat-eating, he’ll more than likely be beating down the cost of a media contract or using his experience of international publishing to create strategic media plans. If his life was a movie he’s convinced he’d be played by Brad Pitt, but the rest of us aren’t so sure…

Emma Ward (aka Baxter the Dog)

If Emma was an animal, she’d be an excitable puppy. Loyal, playful and ever so slightly hyper, she performs some impressive campaign planning tricks on a daily basis. As our resident Education expert, Emma’s 15 years advertising agency experience help her to advise our clients on what’s going to work best for them, and she’s always got her eye on the ball when it comes to new opportunities. Especially if there’s a chocolate treat in it for her…

Jemma Davies (aka Qantas the kangaroo)

Energetic Jemma is the kangaroo of the MJD office, bouncing from one project to the next with speed, spirit and determination. Her background in market research means that Jemma plans her campaigns with meticulous attention to detail and careful assessment of results. Fittingly her message to the world - in the words of 90s hip hop trio House of Pain - is to “Jump around… Jump around, jump up jump up and get down!”

Tracy Lowe (aka Star the Horse)

Strong and independent, Tracy is trustworthy, friendly and open-minded, and never fails to get the job done. Just like Red Rum and Sea Biscuit before her, her approach to working life is to simply “go out and win”. With experience managing accounts in a range of businesses, Tracy is on hand for all finance and accounting queries and keeps her calculator in her nose bag.
